We-Blocker is a software program that is created, distributed, and owned by We-WebCorp.com an Arizona Corporation.'
Use of this software is free to the general public, including but not limited to government, commercial, educational and personal institutions and households, provided that the following conditions are met:
1) Any redistribution must be of a verbatim copy of:
a) the program that is downloadable from http://www.we-blocker.com or approved third-party download site
b) any authorized custom version downloadable from ftp://www.we-blocker.com or approved third-party download site
c) standard or customized program as it was received from portable media
2) The program may not be reverse engineered, decompiled, customized beyond what the program allows, be used within any other programs or altered in any way. Any of the aforementioned activities terminate any rights granted under this license.
3) Filtering is not a perfect science and Licensee accepts this as a condition of product use. It is recommended that the Licensee contact We-WebCorp.com for technical assistance on issues related to The Program but We-WebCorp.com has no obligation to provide ongoing technical support for The Program.
4) Licensee understands that it is their responsibility to track their personal password and agrees to follow the strict We-WebCorp.com procedure to show the licensee how to reveal their password.
5) Licensee understands filtering is the attempt to control specific Internet content. Licensee empowers The Program to aid them in:
a) filtering content on their computer by canceling requests for any URL listed in their local database of sites to block.
b) Stop display of webpages containing words existing in their local database of "Block on Word" list.
c) Attempt to block any banner ads request from this computer and replace with g-rated ads known to We-WebCorp.com on the Licensee behalf. It is agreed between the parties that the filtering is done on a best effort basis. Some websites and banner ads may be blocked that the user did not expect to be blocked and may not agree with the blocking of. The user accepts this blocking as a condition of The Product use. If the level of filtering is not acceptable to the Licensee, it is their option to uninstall the software.Licensee understands and agrees that The Program may attempt to block banner ads and that The Program will use that event to serve banner ads from We-WebCorp.com's own ad servers to the user's desktop.
6) The Licensee understands and agrees that they must use the We-Blocker provided uninstaller to properly remove the program.
7) Free redistribution of the program, or verbatim copies of the program to the general public is permitted. The program may be combined or packaged with other products and services, provided that there is no charge to the clients or customers for the inclusion of We-Blocker, that We-Blocker is not used for unauthorized promotional purposes or as an endorsement of the distributor, or presented as a value-added service. The use of this program is limited to the purpose of controlling Internet web content. Any use of We-Blocker software other than its intended use of blocking websites is strictly prohibited and enforceable under the laws of the State of Arizona.
